Holiday: - We will be closed from 6.00pm Friday 28th January until 11.00am on the 7th February for our annual holiday. No orders will be sent out during this period so please take this into account when placing orders.
Current orders are being sent out within seven days of receipt, however snow and icy conditions can delay mail for up to nine days after we send it out. It may not be snowing where you live but the mail distribution centre in another part of the country could be closed through bad weather.

E- Mail:- Our outgoing e-mail address was spammed by a server located in Russia before Christmas. This resulted in our outgoing e-mail to Google mail addresses being blocked. Customers with Google mail addresses may not have received a reply to questions or an acknowledgement of an order.
This problem has been resolved and things are bow back to normal, please accept our apologies if you were one of the customers who were effected.

Wicks:- We now have an enlarged range of wicks for the Far Eastern heaters such as Toyokuni, Toyoset, Kero-Sun and Corona. These wicks may fit other models, contact us and we can check our cross-reference charts.
