New regulations in Europe mean many customers could be charged taxes in addition to UK taxes on ther orders. To help both European and all overseas customers we have reduced our order threshold for goods export to just 25 Sterling.

This means all order over 25 Sterling will be exported to the customer without UK taxes. On delivery local taxes may be applied in the country of receipt but the customer will not pay taxes twice. Overseas customers can get together and place an order above the threshold for delivery to a single address and take advantage of the tax reduction.

To authorise a tax free transaction with the UK Government requires extra forms for us to complete. This will take up more of our time but we are pleased to do this and help our overseas customers. However it would be appreciated if we can ensure the customer has decided on their final order before we complete the forms as we do not want to keep tearing them up to start again..!
