dedicated business with a small staff. With so many enquiries by e-mail,
telephone and personal callers, picking & packing orders, sourcing &
warehousing spares, but we always aim to answer every telephone enquiry.
If the phone is engauged during office hours it means we are helping
another customer, so allow a short time and try again. At the moment we
do not have message facility on our phone system, but you are very
welcome to e-mail us at

outside office hours.
To help us answer your questions please have the make
& model number of your heater, stove or lamp handy, (if you
know it). Even better have the heater, stove or lamp with you
when you call ! |
