The paint on the tank is good with just a few scuffs and marks. The black enamel hood is in excellent condition.

The tank is in reasonable condition with a few scratches and staining to the paint.
The black enamel hood is in good condition with some chipping to the rim.

Used Tilley X246 Guardsman dating from 1957, serviced with all new seals, tested and working. Some light paint loss to the brass tank with scratches and light bruising. The original brown hood has some enamel loss but a perfect lamp for the regular user. Supplied with lighting torch and spare mantle in case fitted mantle breaks in transit.

A Bialaddin M315 lantern from 1962 with a red hood.
Complete with the popular 'stirrup' lifter for the preheater dish this is a perfect introduction to Vapalux lanterns. There is some scratches and paint loss to the brass tank, the enamel hood has some rust spots and missing enamel but is in reasonable condition compared with normal red hoods.
Serviced and tested with all new seals and supplied with a spare mantle in case the fitted mantle is broken in transit and an Instruction leaflet.
Excellent for any user looking for a very reliable bright lamp.
