General News :-
Please note; we will close for our annual holiday at 6.00pm Friday 29th January and re-open at 11.00am Monday 8th February, please allow for this when ordering.
We are working hard to clear the backlog of orders. Please do not telephone to chase your order unless you sent or telephoned it over 11 days ago. Ten minutes on the telephone looking up an order sent only last week will prevent two more customers from getting their parts on time..!
Our answer phone gets constantly blocked with messages, please browse the Website before calling as you may find your answer there. We receive so many calls asking 'I have looked at your Website, do you sell Tilley or Primus parts?'.....!

Remember to keep spares handy for emergencies, we still have customers who phone an order on a Wednesday because there is a frost and their greenhouse is cold! Order your spares now, don't wait until the last minute and expect the parts by the next day...!
Please check our opening hours before trying to contact us, the answer phone also gets jammed full of empty messages when callers hang up after calling when we are out of the office.

Bialaddin/Vapalux:-
We are saddened to announce the the Vapalux brand name has been sold and production in the UK has ceased. We have stocks of parts and are taking steps to secure supplies until they become available again. 
Please do not panic...! Customers ordering unwanted quantities of parts and hoarding them will cause unnecessary problems for other users.
After a mistake by our supplier we have a quantity of loose tied V42 mantles in ten packs, trickier to fit than the pre tied mantles these are on offer while stocks last.

Back in stock, our high quality GWR chimney for original and reproduction wall mounted candle lamps. We have a small quantity of reproduction GWR candle lamps fitted with our quality glass chimney, not to be confused with the very poor quality glass and lamps sold elsewhere..!

Stove Spares:-
Every day we are looking for more parts for your stoves and lamps, watch these pages..!
We are commissioning a batch of 207b adjustable burners as fitted to the Optimus #7 or 5R and marine stoves such as Optimus, Tayors, Shipmate, Mariner & Patria. Sample burners have been tested with delivery due in late January or February.  The burner is in great demand, order your now....!.
We have plenty of spare parts left in stock to service the burners.
